  1. First, preheat your oven to 160 ° C. Get all of the ingredients and your food processor ready
  2. Gradually add flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon and butter to the bowl of your food processor and mix until a crumbly dough has formed. With your hands, form the dough into a smooth ball. Put in all of your energy and love, you will taste it later!
  3. Roll out the dough on baking paper until you have a 1 cm thick rectangle. Place the whole thing with the baking paper on your baking sheet and bake the shortbread for about 25 minutes.
  4. Take the shortbread out of the oven and let it cool. Meanwhile, chop the mixed nuts and cranberries. Next, grab a pot and slowly melt the dark chocolate in it.
  5. Once the shortbread has cooled completely, distribute the melted chocolate and sprinkle the chopped nuts and cranberries over it. Let the whole thing harden completely and then cut the shortbread into small sticks. A size of 4cm x 5cm is ideal.
