Boo! These gorgeous, ghostly chocolate cookies are perfect for Halloween. All you need are biscuits, big marshmallows and a little icing.




  1. For the spooky marshmallow cookies, put the soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and some salt into the bowl of your food processor and let everything mix until frothy. Now add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and knead everything into a homogeneous dough.
  2. With the help of a small spoon, you can now scoop the dough in spoon-sized balls onto the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make sure to keep a distance of 5 centimetres between each one, as the biscuits will still rise during baking.
  3. Bake the biscuits in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. You can also bake the marshmallow cookies in the VitAir at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. While the biscuits are cooling, prepare the glaze. Simply mix the icing sugar with the warm milk. Place a marshmallow on each biscuit and let the glaze run over it so that it runs over the edge. After another 15 minutes you can give the ghost a scary face with the chocolate-flavoured icing. Have fun!
