Everything that I love comes together in this recipe: delicious biscuits and the colour purple! The enchanting purple lavender has a distinctively intense aroma that appeals to the senses and soothes stressed souls. In combination with sweet pastries, this is incredibly delicious. The preparation is very easy and always succeeds.

  1. And here is how it's done: in a large bowl, stir the soft butter with the two sugars until a creamy mass is formed. Now stir in the egg, add the flour, baking soda, salt, purple lavender and hazelnuts and mix everything into a smooth, uniform dough.
  2. Spread the cookie dough on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. My tip: use a spoon or ice cream scoop - it makes it easier to dollop out the individual portions of dough. Important: Leave enough space between the biscuits on the baking sheet! During the baking time in the VitAir, the dough will expand and rise a bit.
  3. After about 10 minutes in the Bake program of the VitAir, the fragrant lavender biscuits are ready! Just let them cool down a bit and simply enjoy.
