Whether from the charcoal grill, from a hot air fryer or from the oven - grilled chicken is always a highlight, not just for barbecue fans. If you marinate the chicken in a delicious marinade of oil, paprika, lemon juice and honey, you can give it a tangy-sweet aroma.

  1. First wash the chicken, pat dry, and rub the inside and outside well with salt and pepper. Now peel the onions, wash the herbs and shake them dry in a paper towel. Stuff the herbs and onions into the cavity of the chicken and stick it closed with toothpicks. Tie the thighs and wings of the chicken together with some kitchen twine.
  2. Mix the oil, paprika, lemon juice and honey for the marinade and then sprinkle it over the chicken. Leave it to marinate for about 30 minutes. After half an hour, place the chicken on the skewer and let it cook in the oven for about 45 minutes or in your VitAir for about 30 to 40 minutes with constant rotation until it is nice and crispy.
